The 29th Army Band currently has positions open for all instruments. The Band has been in existence since 1922, and has served the Commonwealth and the nation with distinction. The unit history spans from action in World War II to present-day musical support roles in Bosnia in February 2002 and Normandy, France in June 2004.

We give you all the equipment necessary to do the job. The 29th Army Band and the Virginia Army National Guard supply all of the professional quality instruments, uniforms and supplies for you to excel as a musician and soldier.
