Street Stock Rules

1. Any year model American production car or full size truck with stock wheelbase for that body style. No front drives, factory stock racks only, no jig chassis, front stubs may be interchanged camero to camero ect..., cannot shorten full frames.
2. Safe roll bars.
3. Aluminum or fiberglas bodies allowed.
4. FULL front firewall.
5. Must have rear firewall or drivers box.
6. Wheelwells may be removed.
7. 12 inch spoilers measured with a square from base of spoiler, 12 inch side spoilers may run from spoiler to the center of rear wheel.
8. Must have safe front & rear bumper.
9. Quick steer ok.
10. Brake adjusters ok but stock oem calipers only.
11. Min. weight after race 3200#.
12. Cubic inch limit gm-363, ford-363, crysler-370.
13. Stock appearing engines, flat top pistons max., solid or hyd. cams only, aluminum intakes ok, 1-500cfm 2 barrel carb. 1-11/16 t.b & 1-3/8 ven. max.
14. No onboard electronics capable of storing info. except tachs.
15. Any cast iron head, valve size 2.02-1.60 max. no alum. heads.
16. Any stud girdles, valve springs, roller rockers, guide plates & porting ok.
17. Steel valves only.
18. Racing fuel only, no nitro or nitrous.
19. Engine set back to the center line of the upper ball joint to the center of the #1 spark plug hole.
20. Alum. flywheels & any clutch or tripple disc ok.
21. No in out boxes, berts or aftermarket trans.
22. 10 inch wheels max. beadlocks allowed.
23. Stock production or grand national rearends allowed.
24. Stock supension, lower a frames must remain in stock position, upper a frames may be moved. Tubular top a frames ok, racing springs ok.
25. Adjustable control arms on coil spring cars ok.
26. Shocks may be moved on rear but must be in stock location on front.
27. No weight jacks or weight transfer devices.
28. Sliders ok.
29. Stock oem calipers no alum. or aftermarket. Cannot be lightened rotors may be lightened.
30. Headers ok, must run mufflers imca type ok.
31. No torque absorbing devices unless it's a factory torque arm that came out on the car, then it must be mounted to factory brackets on both ends in stock location exactly as it came from the factory. No aftermarket arms, bushings, brackets, or biscuits.
