My pencil and oil portraits are created from a favorite photo or photos. I can use a single photograph or I can combine several photos of your horse's or dogs head to give you a perfect and unique angle and likeness. I can also use several photos to create a multi-subject work of art.

I was raised with horses and dogs. I now breed horses and show, both in halter and under saddle. My long and close association with my equine and dog friends has enabled me to depict their eyes and muscular structure to a fine degree. My pencil portraits often have a very subtle amount of color for an additional highlight.
