These backgrounds were made by me, in Paint Shop Pro Version 7. You can get a free evaluation download right here You can keep it for free for 60 days. After that, the program will not run. I highly recommend it. I am currently waiting on my copy of Photo Shop 7 in the mail. I hear from other web masters it is awesome.

These backgrounds are linkware, which means all you have to do to use it is to place my button on every page you use my backgrounds on and link it back to me.

Most of these backgrounds are meant for using as a background with a lighter table over it. You don't want to use something so busy to put your content on. They make nice fills as well.
