This arm was manufactured in Great Britain during WWII and was issued to army and militia units throughout Allied Territory, and certainly meets standards set forth by U.S. v. Miller, 307 U.S. 175 (1939). Manufactured over four million at a cost of about $11 each.

Under the Constitution of the State of Arkansas we have formally laid claim and took possession of our rights to arms.

Our claim to arms has been formerly presented and publicly declared to various public officials and agencies and stands unchallanged.

This militia operates under the flag of Arkansas and will not tolerate any invasion by agencies hostile to our sovereign state.
