What A Difference!
People come and go everyday
And touch our hearts in such a way
They can make us laugh or even cry
Sometimes not even knowing why
Someone special came by my way
I’ll never forget that wonderful day
Oh, how much I was afraid
But what a difference this person has made
It reminded me a great deal of the day
When Jesus Christ passed by my way
I was so fearful on that day too
What a difference Jesus did do
I know Jesus has brought you along
To touch many hearts and even make mine strong
I guess I was just too terrified to take
The big step that you helped me to make
A gentle smile, a simple laugh
I cried those tears, but I am not sad
I let go of so much of my grief
What a difference to feel this relief
I am again beginning to see
What really means the world to me?
This person may never get to know
I want a chance to tell them so
What words will I try to say?
To express the difference she has made
But someday I’ll look into her face
And say Thank you, Madison Grace
