1. Complete the application very carefully and return to HIICU International Head Office. Your application will be handled in complete confidence. (Note: Required for courier delivery. Please avoid using a P.O.Box, as most courier services are unable to deliver to such address.)

2. You will be required to deposit funds into an interest bearing offshore account with HIICU. This may be done by wire transfer or sending a bankers draft. The requirement of banks varies, but typically, credit cards are secured by one and a half times the spending limit (the minimum deposit is usually 150%; a $7,500 deposit secures a credit line of $5,000). Your deposit will act as a guarantee against charges on the credit card. Additional funds may be added to your savings account increasing the card's limit.

After your account has been setup, you will receive the bank coordinates to transfer your initial deposit to activate the account. After activation, the credit card will be sent to the address given.
