I was in the back, frying the fish as always, trying to be extra careful. But I accidentally knocked over a huge vat of batter, and it came pouring out and headed straight for one of them! I tried to stop it, but it was too late. It got all over his suit pants and totally covered his shoes. I took my apron off-I thought,'That's it, I'm fired,' But my boss just said,'Go get a mop.'"
