Stand Upon The Mountain

I was lost and frightened, you came and took my heart.

Your loving never faltered those times I turned away.

You guided me through life and watched over me.

Protected me from dangers and taught me how to live.

I owe so much to you for what you do for me.

Only asking in return to give my heart to thee.

I'll stand upon the mountain hold out my arms to you.

Lift up my voice in song I'll sing of my love for you.

Sing about the glory of serving you my GOD.

And of a child named Jesus sent down from Heaven above.

Who gave himself to man to wash away our sins.

So that someday may there be a place for us with him.

And when my work is done and when you call me home.

I'll join up with your angels in the greatest choir of all.

We'll stand upon the mountain hold out our arms to you.

Lift up our voice in song, we'll sing of our love for you.
