Memorial For Pets

This site is dedicated to all of you, who have lost your pet
It is a place where you can post your own tribute
Appreciation and love
A dedication and memorial to those precious animals
Who have touched our lives
And taught us the true meaning of unconditional love

Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.

When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.

All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.

They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent; His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.

You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.

Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....

Sam
Sweet Feline friend, Loyal Companion
We love you as you love us
We will miss your gentle nature
And soft hugs. Your cries of
Protest and loud voice of welcome
Your grooming tongue and sharp
Claws that let us know you were here

We will miss you beautiful eyes and
That little hidden smile
Your wonderful expressions that spoke
Volumes that we could not read
To hear your meows
And understand your needs

We will miss your caring companionship
When we were ill
We will miss the knowing look
When you realized you got through
To us your message of love

The soft purr in our ears
And the wake up cry and gentle
Paw that let us know you were
Hungry or needed your medication

You will always share a part of our hearts
We will nor forget you
We both love you dearly
Go now to a better life
We will see you again
We promise

Love Mom and Dad

Softly purring in our ears
Calming all those unseen fears
Gentle kisses and soft caress
Hugs and cuddles you did press
Curling up in bed with us
Never ever made a fuss
Now at last you are at rest
Having finished your life's Quest

Pandora, I don't remember the exact dates of your birth or of your death...but I do remember so well your life and all the love you gave me and my children
You are so missed and are still in my heart.

Im sitting in a dark world.I look but I cant see.I sit very still cuz theres nothing to move for.I spend months sitting in this corner, seeing nothing but darkness

Then far away I see this little light glowing. The light moves toward me,I am so happy to see a little glow in my dark world.I hold and treasure this little light, this light gives me hope.I sit this little light beside me and wave it around in the darkness,so the world around me will have a little glow I am so thankful for this little light, once again I smile

My little light begins to fade away.I still have it but its like the wind is trying to blow my little light out!!There is no wind. How can my little light become a twinkle??I pray and pray that this little light doesnt leave me cuz I love and need this little light so very very much.I try to cradle it,I hold it and give it all the love that I have but this little light slowly fades away

I have the candle that it was in.I hold it,my tears fall,my heart is breaking.I need that little light!!!

Im left in a world filled darkness. It seems harder to live in now, than before cuz I know what it s like to have a glimmer of hope.Once again I sit in the darkness, hearing the sounds around me and feeling the tears stream down my face

To the best fur-baby I ever had. You have no idea how much your missed. It's been almost 1 1/2 yrs. since you left and there are days that I still cry and wish I could hold you just one more time. I always loved you and I always will cherish all the memories I have of you.
Someday we will meet again

"In Loving Memory Of Our Faithful Friend"

~Faithful Friend~
God summoned a beast from the field and He said
"I endow you with the instincts uncommon to other beasts; faithfulness, devotion, and understanding surpassing those of man himself."
Lest it impair your understanding, you are denied the power of words..Speak to your master only with your mind, and through honest eyes
So be silent, and be a friend to man. This shall be your destiny. "So spake the Lord."
And the dog heard and was content.
