Corn Casserole

3 Cups Monterey Jack Cheese, grated
6 Slices Whole Wheat Bread, torn up
1 LB canned Cream Corn
1/2 Cup Chopped Celery
1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
1 Cup Corn
3 Egss beaten...with:
   1/2 tsp salt
   1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
   6 drops Tobasco Sauce
   1/2 tsp dry yellow mustard


Fry onion and celery together.

Layer the bread, Vegetables and cheese in an oiled casserole dish.

Pour creamed corn over top. Pour egg mixture over that. Let stand 30 minutes. Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
