Blue Corn Mush

Ingredients

1 Quart Water
Salt to taste
1 1/2 Cup Blue Cornmeal
Oil for frying

Directions

In saucepan, bring water to boil, adding salt to taste.

Whish in cornmeal. Lower heat and stir cornmeal for 10 minutes or until tastes done.

Pour cooked cereal onto a cookie sheet or into a bread pan and let cool for an hour or until firm.

Slice into pieces for frying. Fry slices in butter or oil in a non-stick pan until lightl crisped on both sides.

Can sprinkle red chili or paprika on top just before serving
