Part 1

God`s most perfect creation is Mary herself she is the most beautiful of all creatures. She is the Mother of God.

In speaking of Our Lady, we shouldn`t jump to conclusions about matters that are beyond our knowledge, for example, that when she was a small child she went up to the Temple to offer herself to God with awesome reverence and a heart on fire with love. For all we know, she went simply in obedience to parents.

We know well that the blessed virgin is the Queen of Heaven and Earth.

Now that you have a little information on who Mary is, we will tell her story.

The angel Gabriel was sent from God, to a town of Galilee called Nazareth, to a Virgin named Mary. Gabriel told her that she was to bear a son, and he will be the Son of the most High, and his name will be Jesus. Mary was shocked by this because she had no relations with a man, but Gabriel said she was to be conceived by the Holy Spirit. Mary thought that this was impossible, but Gabriel told her that nothing is impossible with God.

Mary and Joseph traveled a long distance to the town of Bethlaham where she was told by God to go, and where she was to give birth to her son Jesus, which is by far the holiest person that has ever walked this earth, not to mention that he is the son of God.

Mary was assumed into Heaven and never died on earth.

If you would like to pray to Mary, you can pray to her about just about anything. Here is the prayer you should pray:

The Hail Mary

Hail, Mary, full of grace,

the Lord is with you!

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of you womb, Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

Part 2

Our Lady of the Rosary

"In dangers, in distresses, in perplexities, think on Mary, call on Mary...let her not depart from your hearts...under her protection, you need not fear."-St. Bernard

The feast of Our Lady of the Rosary was started to implore mercy for the faithful and offer thanksgiving for the protection and benifits that have been recieved through devotion of the Rosary. Through the patronage and intercession of Our Lady of the Rosary, the was a miraculous victory at Laponto in 1571, where the Christians were able to defeat the Moslems in a sea battle. The Moslems had invaded Spain and were threatening to invade Europe. Pope Pius V begged for Christians to pray for a victory by saying the Rosary, and the Moslems were pushed back to Africa, ensuring that Europe was safe for Christianity.

The Rosary is a sign of devotion for Mary that tells the story of life of Jesus. The Rosary is offered to Mary, but is meant as praise for Jesus Christ, because what we admire and praise in her is derived from him. We pray to Mary for her intercession because she is our spiritual mother and incomparably more compassionate toward us than any earthly mother could be. She grants to us graces that allow us to be more like our Savior, her son, Jesus Christ.

Part 3

Our Lady of Guadalupe

Do you know what it is like to be called a liar? No one likes to be in that position, but that`s what happened to poor Aztec Indian named Juan Diego.

Mary appeared to Juan on December 9, 1531. He was on one of his trips to the chapel, when he encountered a besutiful woman surrouned by a ball of light as bright as the sun. She began speaking to him in his native tongue. She identified herself as the ever-virgin Mary. Mary requested that a church be built on Tepeyac Hill. Juan told his bishop the request, but they didn`t believe the story. He returned to the place where Mary appeared to him, and Mary was waiting for him. She told him to return to the bishop and repeat the request. He did as he was told, and the bishop asked him to supply some kind of proof. He returned to the hill where Mary had told him to gather roses into his tilma. He then returned to the bishop, and upon opening his tilma, the roses fell out, leaving a picture of th Blessed Virgin Mary. The bishop followed Juan to the apparition spot and built a church as Mary had requested. Juan Diego`s tilma can be seen today in a large cathedral in Mexico. It is the most popular religious pilgrimage site in the Western Hemisphere.

Because of Mary`s apparition the native Aztec Indians stopped sacrificing their babies to their false gods. Let us pray to Our Lady of Guadalupe to end the sacrifice of babies by abortion today.

Part 4

Our Lady of Fatima

Mary the mother of God, appeared six times to three shepherd children. These children`s names were Lucia, Francisco, and Jacinta. Mary appeared near the town of Fatima, Portugal between May 13th to Oct 13th 1917. Mary told them that she had been sent by God with a message for every man, woman, and child living in the world. She promised that heaven would grant peace to the entire world if her requests for prayer were granted. Mary asked that penance and consecration to Mary and Jesus, would bring peace to the world. God`s mother foretold that Russia would be chosen instrument of chastisement, spreading the "errors" of atheism and materialism across the earth, destroying nations and persecuting the faithful everywhere. In all her appearances at Fatima, Mary was emphasizing the necessity of praying the rosary daily. Mary requested that solemn public consecration of Russia to her Immaculate Heart by the Pope to all of the Catholic bishops of the world. The center of Our Lady`s message to the world is contained in what has come to be called the secret, which she confided to the three children in July 1917. The secret consists of three parts. The first two are publicly revealed. One of these parts predicted the inevitable triumph of her Immaculate Heart following Russia`s consecration to her. Mary stated that "in the last month, I will perform a miracle so that all may believe." This miracle was a "dancing" sun that thousands saw. Won`t you also answer Mary`s plea to pray for the rosary for the conversion of Russia?
