My Works are Generally Untitled

Desolate, my insides feel alone

Regretfully, Knowing what I have done

And that all I do cannot be

Enough to make me right.

A striven heart, emptied of strife.

I give all my heart, I gave all my life.

To a cause less than Great

To a cause to seal my fate.

It is soon that I see.

that what I left came back to me

Emptied of Evil, but refilled with more

I learn that I must be Reborn

Broken Hands, a loving Heart

Gave me life, that I didnot have.

I couldn't find on my own

Without a Light.

In a cave of Dark, Full of Fear

I found that My Lord was Near.

I drop my burden and follow Him

Led By God

Led by God, I strive to live

As though any Christian did.

A life that was clean and just

A life lke all believers must.

It's hard to say that all I do

I do for the Glory of God's Truth.

I try and try, but I have to accept.

that I can never be made perfect.

So glad am I that from this place.

I will leave and live in Grace.

Love was poured out in His Blood

from the Anointed of the Heavenly Dove.

Because of this, I do have hope

I'll walk the streets of gold.

Eternal Life has been given me.

I will eat of the life-giving tree.

After all that I have been through,

One thing, I know, is true.

That because God's Love will never cease

In Him, I have found my peace.

So led by God, I WILL strive to live. I received credit for this one in the book of poems A CELEBRATION OF YOUNG POETS. It was entered in a poetry contest and they decided that they wanted it in their book. It will be judged later. As soon as I find out, I will post the results of the judging.

This is one of my songs called: Worthy King I dream of a day-That my heart wil rejoice-at the sight of my Lord- Because He made that Choice. AND I have not a fear-Because He gives me cheer- He gives me Life-He gives me Joy! That the world don't have-A peace in my soul- An "I'm in love with my Saviour" Joy. YOU CAN HAVE IT TOO-AND ALL YOU HAVE TO DO- IS SURRENDER YOUR LIFE-TO THE WORTHY KING I serve a king-A Worthy King. I serve a Lord-A worthy Lord I serve my king And what do I say-To the one who Paid- For all of my sins-That I may live- I serve a king-A worthy King I serve a Lord-A worth Lord I serve my king
