The sky`s the limit .......NOT!
If you LOVE aircraft this
is the hobby for you. Modeling airplanes is a rich and rewarding
hobby and sport but it is a thing of patience, money and time. One
may think a model plane is expensive with the kit, motor, radio and supplies.
It is no more so than most any other leisure activity we indulge in. Few,
provide the rewards available to the individual that the construction,
flying of model aircraft provide. The experience is only limited by your
imagination. Computer, woodworking, metalworking, electronics all have
their place in this hobby and offer never ending challenges to those who
so wish.
To those who weather by choice
or circumstance are limited in skills or time, "aren't we all" there also
is available ARF's (almost ready to fly) so there is no excuse. Get out
to your local field and FLY!

out there but if you are a beginner its' best to start with a high
wing trainer with the most common being powered by a .40 size engine. but
if you are an experienced R/C Pilot you might go with a sport or scale
modles. There are Many radios such as Futaba, J/R and Airtronics,
of course there are other competeters these are the main companies:
