Rules 'n' Regulations!
No swearing, profound language, you get the picture.
The way I do races is this: Before each race, I choose,
at random, three qualities. Actually, I write the
qualities on pieces of paper, put them in a cup, shake
the cup up, and draw them out. The horse entered who has
all/the most of these qualities wins. The one with the
next most amount of those qualities is second, etc. The
bad habits/faults are to make the announcing more
interesting and realistic.
