William Henry "Billy" Pyeatt was born July 11, 1852, at Cane Hill, Washington County, Arkansas, to John H and Sara A Maxwell Pyeatt and died October 29, 1941, in Amarillo, Potter County, Texas. He married June 25, 1882, in Cleburne, Johnson County, Texas, Lucetta Ann Gatewood who was born September 22, 1858, in Tennessee to Benjamin Dudley Gatewood and Amanda B Buchanan and who died January 8, 1901 near Silverton, Briscoe County, Texas. Both W H and Lucetta Pyeatt are buried in the Silverton Cemetery, Briscoe County, Texas.

Just a year after this census Lucetta died. Since she died three days after her two-day-old baby girl, it would be a safe assumption that she died as a result of childbirth.
