Piatt Family Newsletter is available in a few libraries around the country.
Sadly, Lynn White, died 15 October 1998. Before she died, however, she sent Laverne Ingram Piatt the master copies of the Newsletter with the understanding that she fill orders for volumes at the regular subscription price. That would be $15 each for the first 3 years (72 pages each plus index) and $20 each for the nine remainding volumes (120 pages each plus index). That price includes postage.
