James H and Elizabeth J Maxwell Pyeatt

James Henry Pyeatt b: 1 Feb 1829 Washington Co, AR m1: 19 Nov 1857 Martha Jane Maxwell (Is she the daughter of Audley J and Paulina Pyeatt Maxwell born c1838?)(Moved to Johnson Co, TX) James Henry Pyeatt son of Henry Porter and Ursephena Carnahan Pyeatt was born February 1, 1829, in Washington County, Arkansas. James married on November 19, 1857, in Washington County, Arkansas, Martha Jane Maxwell (book B pg 67). I wonder if Martha Jane Maxwell is the daughter of Audley J and Paulina Pyeatt Maxwell whose daughter, Martha Jane, was born c1838. When I located James in 1870 his wife was listed as Elizabeth J ? who was born c1838 in Missouri. If this is the same wife, her name is actually Martha Elizabeth Jane Maxwell. And, if that is the case, she isn't a daughter of Audley and Paulina Maxwell as they had a daughter named Elizabeth J Maxwell who was a few years younger than their Martha J. Also, Audley and Paulina's Martha was born in Arkansas, not Missouri.

I need to see what other Maxwell families were in Washington County, Arkansas and see what children they had.

Previously, the only information that I had on James Henry Pyeatt was his marriage and the fact that he moved to Johnson County, Texas. Other of Henry and Ursephena's children were more well documented. I believe this is because he was difficult to locate and only had one daughter.

I was unable to locate James Henry Pyeatt on the 1860 census using a large variety of searches including first name only with the correct age range, place of birth, etc. He should have been in Arkansas as in 1870 his 11-year-old's place of birth is Arkansas.

When I did find James on the 1870 census of Grandview P O, Beat No 5, Johnson County, Texas, it was as follows:
