Cornelius Pyatt, son of Henry Pyatt and Rachel Ferrell), was born March 3, 1832, in Illinois and died before 1870 in Bond County, Illinois. He married on January 1, 1843, in Bond County, Illinois, Mary Ann Harris (d/o Thomas Harris & Elizabeth ?). Their marriage bond is for 'Cornelius Piatt' and 'Mary Ann Harris' vol A pg 145. Mary was born in 1824 in Kentucky and died in 1885 and is buried in the Farwell Cemetery, Barry County, Missouri. (Stone reading "Grandma" has birth date as 1815.)

Is the Thomas above the one who died in October of 1927 in Roaring River Township, Barry County, Missouri who was born August 1, 1852 in Illinois? Most things seem to fit including the fact that he was still a bachelor at 76 years of age. The informant was B F Wayt. If this Thomas had property, his estate administration would probably offer a lot of information on heirs (brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews).
