"I WILL PUT MY LAWS INTO THEIR HEARTS, AND IN THEIR MINDS WILL I WRITE THEM" HEB.10:16b

I dedicate this page to my son , Jais , Lisa ( my wife ) , my soon to be born daughter ( Christyn Marie ) and to my Lord JESUS, also my Mom , Whose help and encouragement made most of this possible. Whom though I always didn't show my love to them, am grateful for both their love and forgiveness !
So
See How God Works
The next time your doing something difficult, or having a testing time. Just ask for His help and keep doing what your doing. If Jesus be in you, standing fast will bring forth fruitful results in all your endeavors. Eph. 6:13-14

Oftentimes I seem to forget that the Lord has given us a set of laws, not only written but engrafted into our hearts and etched upon our minds. In my life, if my eyes are not on HIM, it is easy for me to walk a path that is far from godly...this homepage is, I believe, one of many ways for me to, not only show my love of JESUS but also to help me commit myself to the doing of HIS will and not always mine. I hope that it will also encourage you to do the same. I look forward to any comments and fellowship ..via E-MAIL.... address is below.

THE CHRISTIAN WALK

For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Savior Jesus Christ,

Titus 2:11-13

Teaching us what?....Exactly ! By denying ourselves the doing of all the things we know that are not of God, we become sober, righteous, and even godly in these present times. But why do this...that's simply answered in the verse above ...we look beyond the sight of our eyes, we look in earnest expectation towards the day of HIS second coming. When personally I hope to hear Jesus say "well done my GOOD and FAITHFUL servant"

Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if any thing ye be otherwise minded, God shall reveal even this unto you. Nevertheless, whereto we have allready attained, let us walk by the same rule, let us mind the same thing.

Philippians 3:13-16

This exhortation of our beloved Paul is very important to me and should be to every Christian. Paul who was referred to once as the "greatest sinner of his time" is saying to forget all that has happened before, no doubt at this point his own past sins are revealed to him in order to lend emphasis to his writings and thus his will to us, to do! As I type this I also am reminded of the same. The Lord wants us to run, for the mark as Paul refers to it, like the ribbon at the finish line and not for earthly gain either, but for the "prize of the highest calling"

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, long-suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

Galatians5:22-25

The attributes listed in the verse above are free and are available in the fullest measure only to those of us who choose to develop them, being increased by the Spirit, by just how much we are partakers of each. The more I am mindful to be faithful in the daily application of each of these in my life, the more I see the evidence of their growth and the power to touch, effectively, those of whom I have been given a chance to meet each day.

See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, Redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding, what the will of the Lord is. And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit.

Epeshians5:15-18

Here we are told to be sure that we pay heed to how we are living, it is not only the Lord that see us in this world but, others see us also! We are the salt of this world, the ingredient that adds flavor to this otherwise, dark place. We are also told here, to make the very most of every opportunity that He places before us in our lives to basically to expose sin and be examples of how to live uprightly before God. It also specifically tells us that, that is the will of God. Be filled with the Spirit, to become as His character is , to have His virtues. I believe that wine here was just symbolic to the point Paul was try to make about "being filled". When a person is committing sin , no matter what it may be, that person is under that particular influence, when a person is filled with the Spirit he is putting his thoughts and actions in line with the will of God.

COVENANTS OF GOD

The law of the Lord is perfect,
converting the soul:
The testimony of the Lord is sure,
making wise the simple.
The statutes of the Lord are true,
and righteous altogether.
More to be desired are they than gold;
yea, than much fine gold:
sweeter than honey and the honeycomb.
Moreover by them is thy servant warned:
and in keeping them there is great reward.

latter part of Psalm19,
the last three verses 12-14 is what a Christian response to these should be.

ARISE, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the Lord shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee.

Isaiah 60:1-2

Here we are asked to arise armed with Gods' glory....if this would be then non-believers would be drawn to this light ( the light being Jesus Christ ).Truly, it is not a difficult thing to do, to honor and serve Jesus, the difficulty lies in wishing you had, when you realize, its too late to have done so!

I have seen and heard that some would like to believe that it is never too late....do not be fooled, that is a lie...so with the help of the WORD I hope to put an end to that folly !

Come now, let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be white as snow; though they be red like crimsom, they shall be as wool. If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land: But if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword; for the mouth of the Lord has spoken it.

Isaiah 1:18-20

Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

Isaiah 5:20

If any man will come after me , let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me. For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it. For what is a man advantaged, if he gain the whole world, and lose himself, or be cast away?

Luke 9:23-25

I tell you Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. A certian man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard; and he came and sought fruit thereon, and found none. Then said he unto the the dresser of the vineyard, Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig tree , and find none: cut it down; why cumbereth it the ground? And he answering said unto the him, Lord, let it alone this year also, till I dig about it, and dung it: And if it bear fruit , well: and if not, then after that thou shalt cut it down.

Luke 13:5-9

Bring forth therefore fruits worthy of repentance,And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: every tree therefore that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.

Luke 3:8a-9

These verses should show the forebearance Jesus has towards us, and also just how severe it could be for one who fails to yeild to His will for us.

WHAT WILL I WEAR TODAY

The alarm just went off and as you lie there in bed you may wonder what will I wear? There is someone else who cares what you wear today also and His name is Jesus. I hope this helps you decide what to "PUT ON".

Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the beastplate of rightousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

Ephesians 6:11-18

Satan is very clever and I say this not give glory to him but to warn us believers of his ways. The scriptures above denote this. The Word here is telling us the best way to do battle with the different things Satan will put before us each day. Some of these things I will list... astrology, magic, immoral practices, and nonmedical drugs. Unless we wrestle and actually do battle, these disguised assaults will rob us of our Christian witness and even our ministry. Though we are armed here with five pieces of defensive armor and one offensive piece, we learn in battle the something seems to be missing. But it is not. Our backs are left open and defenseless, the reason for this is that we are not to ever turn our back to this battle but as it states "Stand". Paul picked the Roman armor to show us this, in battle Romans would often fight back to back to avoid being killed from behind.

girt about with TRUTH....the knowledge you have of God's Word.

breastplate of rightousness..Christlike character and moral conduct.

Preparation of the Gospel of peace..willingness to fight and make a stand.

the shield of Faith..believing in God and His promises.

the helmet of Salvation..trusting and knowing the certainty of your Salvation.

the sword of the Spirit.. the Word of God.

Praying is not listed as armor but is directly linked and can not be overlooked as yet another form of warfare to use.
