IMPORTANT NOTICE!

My email is NO LONGER ACTIVE! I'm going to get another one, hold on please. If you need to get ahold of me, leave a message in the Message Board.

NEW! WOW! Have I lost track of time! It's been nearly a year since I last updated and many new IY developments have occured. Not only are the episodes dubbed into english they are being sold in the USofA (finally). I've been doing my own thing. Graduation was top on my list, then getting a job to afford more anime. I've been getting into manga, too. Some of my faves right now include Planet Ladder, Kodocha, Mars, and any number of other Tokyo Planet publications. I'll set up a link to my new website I'm working on for those.

As for the Miroku Shrine, I'm thinking of changing the title. I was thinking it over one evening not too long ago and realised I had made a terrible mistake. A.P.M.S. is just not gonna cut it. I'm going to start taking suggestions soon, perhaps even turn it into a sort of contest. I just have to think of a good prize for it.

Ok, back to the old why of things... I just wanted to build a little place of worship for one of my fave characters of Inu-Yasha ^-^. I looked on the anipike for a number of other sites and was rather disapointed in the lack of Miroku fansites. Well, I'm gonna fix that *hopefully*. Why the All-Purpose Shrine? I just want to make a site that has everything I can find about this adorable guy! If I can get my soundcard to work again, I'll be putting up sounds *something I've had a hard time finding, too*. Anyway, thanks for looking, I'll keep updating as often as I can. If you want to ask me anything or just want to rant/rave whatever, email me at jenner_pirat@hotmail.com. Thanks ^-^.

Anyway, as you have no doubt guessed by now, this site is dedicated to Miroku of the hit Anime series Inu-Yasha. All in a short bio, he's a traveling monk with an interesting curse and quite a nack for fighting *if need be*. He's sometimes a bit of a letch and has been known to greet women by asking them to bear his child *I would...which says a lot since I'm not all about children that much*. Looking beyond first impressions, Miroku is very level headed and proves to be a strong and capable friend to have around. When fighting off enemies with his staff doesn't work, he *literally* has another trick up his sleeve. Miroku's family line was cursed to have air voids *or rips, holes, or whathaveyou* through their right hands. Miroku keeps the vaccume like power that emits from this spot in check with a string of blue prayer beads. This curse is rather advantageous when fighting against large hordes of beasts or warriors *except bees and other stinging insects*. Miroku teamed up with Inu-Yasha and co while searching for the one who cursed his family line, Naraku.

Ok, now for the disclaimers: We all know *or at least I should hope you know* that I don't lay claim to the copyright of the InuYasha characters or storylines. This is what is known as a fansite. I'm not making any money off this *even though I wish I could make some extra money doing this sort of thing*. If you see something through these pages that you don't think should be displayed to the public or something like that, email me and let me know. I do ask that you let me know if you want my artwork or fanfics up on your site. I should be more that happy that you want to display it ^-^ and besides, I like getting warm fuzzies when people ask. So... with all that aside, please look around and enjoy. I'll be updating as often as I can.
