History: (Adventures of the Outsiders #37, 38)-The Marine Marauders' origins are unknown, save that she discovered a way of endowing herself with telepathic powers. The original Marine Marauder had similar powers, and may or may not be her brother. She always desired fame and wealth, but disliked the hard work associated with business and investments, so she turned her powers towards crime. She attempted to extort passengers of a cruise ship, threatening them with a giant octopus. The Outsiders II came to the rescue, and in the ensuing fight she was distracted long enough to lose control of her octopus. The distraught creature dragged her to the bottom of the ocean.
