History: (Heckler #5)-An unnamed actor somehow transferred his mind into that of a scarecrow body and dubbed himself C’est Hay. His only recorded appearance came when he took over the production of the Delta City smash-hit ‘Dance in Yer Pants.’ After murdering most of the show’s crew he held the audience hostage and forced them to watch him sing and dance. C’est Hay wanted people to acknowledge him as a true genius, even if it meant threatening them with death. Delta City’s only super-hero, the Heckler, was in attendance and made short work of C’est Hay by luring him into the rain. A waterlogged C’est Hay has not been heard from since.
