How I Center and Ground Myself.

Centering And Grounding. This usually works for anyone.

Herein I have Generally covered grounding and centering.
A general start to most days includes a centering and grounding exercise. I have outlined this below.


To be centered.

I sit or otherwise make myself comfortable. I then close my eyes. I focus my mind to my heart, Feel and hear it beating, softly and gently. I fill my lungs with long deep breaths, from my nostrils, hold them full for a second or two and repeat until centered.

Using this technique I renew my body with life force and adjust the rhythms of my body.

Another I use is to still the mind after becoming comfortable, and center myself by using sounds, the ringing of bells, works very well for me and will center me within a few minutes at most.

Being centered is a feeling of extreme focus, it is calmness and opens the way to receptivity, in this state other energies become available, that may only be focused on from a centered state. Try the above techniques if you wish to,and if you don't already, you will soon know what is meant.

Once these methods of centering, and others, are practiced and taken seriously, centering becomes an automatic process and I believe it must come before any type of readings or workings. I use these methods automatically, and often center and ground several times per day.

As with all else, these described ways are not the only ways and have been described here because they work for me and are part of what I do.

Grounding myself is another useful practice. One method for this is also described below, and is one I frequently use.

I Sit with a straight spine,and close my eyes, not tightly, just closed, I am already centered.
I first imagine a beam of blue light beaming into the top of my head, and going throughout my body and connecting into the earth, I breathe in this light and breathe it out, sending it deep into the earth.
Once this is achieved I change the hues of blue, arriving at a yellow orange light, that I take deep into my being, and send deep into the earth again, I spend between 5 and 10 minutes or so on this visualisation.

THE purpose of this is to remove any 'blockages' or any feelings of weight in any area and to specifically attune to energies and earth, to become one with the universe. In this way I am prepared to work majick, to cast a reading, to function within myself. At a higher Level.

The above two exercises are usually performed together and once practiced bring about a wonderful result, that needs to be experienced rather than described. Again if you wish, Try them once per day everyday, and see the difference that is made from these alone.
