T-shirt designer credits his "accurate heartfulness" "potent and useful spirit" as keys to success in fashion

TOKYO, Japan (GTA) -- Tokyo's top fashion designers continue to use Maru, who goes by a circle symbol as his professional name, as a model for success. Maru's designs have been featured in numerous popular publications including, Men's Egg, Can Cam, and even Fine Boys.

At a press conference following the introduction of his latest Spring line last Saturday in Omote-Sando, Maru said that he believed that success in fashion and life can only come from an "accurate heartfulness."

Maru explained further that, "In the fashion world, whole determination is our strong benefit. But do not forget! We bring potent and useful spirit to create natures with wholesome determination!"

Maru has never shied away from taking chances. His audacious designs from last year did not result in commercial success, yet it did help him establish a reputation as a designer willing to buck the trends.

According to Maru himself, "In any heartful experience, we wish that all cannot be fearful of wrong step." He further added that, in all future days, it will be essential for us to build stronger spirit and knowledgability and ensure that our souls can for eternity connect from heart to heart in a relaxing mind."

Maru ended the press conference with by telling reporters, "Sweet loveliness is something that inner soul is impossible to lack."

Maru previously contributed to the 'GABA: Customized and Relaxed' ad campaign, as well as lending his expertise to other English schools in Japan such as NOVA and GEOS.

There was some controversy in the GABA 'Customized and Relaxed' campaign as many observers felt it too closely resembled the wildly successful 'Relaxable spirit, customized heart' message used by the Kirin Beverage company for its green tea products in 2001. However, Maru dismisses these remarks as being only from those who are "in special harmony with jealous natures."

Maru's endeavors have not been limited to the fashion world. He recently helped write successful pop songs including Can we feel? Yeah, yeah, yeah! and Hearts, back! Never stop!

In addition, Maru is working on a new 'fashionable drink' with the Suntory beverage company that he hopes can be marketed towards a younger, hipper crowd. The basic concept, according to Maru, is to combine the concepts of "healthy mind" and "relaxing moments of transparency" with a "smooth and refreshing lifestyle for all pure hearted preferences."
