NOVA Corp. faces new charges of decieving students who hoped to book a cute girl like the one from the train ad

Ministry of Business not ruling out a ban of blonde Caucasions

TOKYO, Japan (GTA) -- Nova offices were searched Friday over new allegations the company was cheating students who wished to book lessons from the cute blonde girl, but were instead given lessons from a slightly overweight, aging, quirky, somewhat jaded but strangely compelling man.

"What's at stake here is whether or not Nova intentionally led students to believe that they would be able to learn from an attractive, photogenic, white girl," explained a Ministry spokesperson.

The industry ministry could impose severe punishments against the company, including a temporary ban on the usage of Caucasian females in future ad campaigns for the remainder of the year.

Industry insiders suggest the advertising ban could be "devastating" for any Eikaiwa school.

Students have complained to Nova about the difficulties in making reservations for cute female teachers and the increasing number of weird guys in their branches.

"I was hoping to book a lesson with Carol-sensei, but they told me she was full," explained Kazuo Yamaguchi. "Instead I was left with Benny and Ricardo. Benny thinks Transformers will be really good."

Nova's CEO refused to accept responsibilty for any deception and has explained that NOVA's brochure makes it clear that not all teachers will be Caucasian, as you can clearly distinguish an African-American hand in the background. However, problems may have occurred due to the "rapid expansion" and "insufficient training" for school management.
