Poll shows nearly everybody hates that guy married to Japanese wife, while teaching English in Japan for 6 years

TOKYO, Japan (GTA) -- A recent poll shows nearly 100% of participants either strongly or moderately despised that guy in the Eikaiwa school who has been teaching English in Japan for six years and is married to a Japanese wife.

Many pointed out specific reasons as to why they loathed that guy; others said they merely felt a "general disgust" for that guy.

"I cannot stand the way he comes to work with one of those bento boxes all neat and tidy. I'm not sure why. Or the way, that he talks to me and uses the Japanese gestures and intonation. Like the "Ee--!" or, "ahh sooo?", explained one respondent. "I don't get it. We're both from the west coast."

Another participant explained that they were repulsed by how that guy teaching English in Japan for six years now felt the need to detail their daily life in lengthy blogs.

"There's nothing more upsetting to me than that guy teaching English in Japan for six years with a Japanese wife who writes a blog. Typically including a body of water in their title and writing about their daily existence, one nauseating day after another," explained another participant. "Great insight on the hidden side of cherry blossom parties."

In a poll of Japan occupations, 'Guy teaching English in Japan for 6 years married to wife with a blog' came in at #453, just ahead of Herusu girl chaeffeur and behind love hotel cleaning lady.

"I can't stand his level 2 Japanese proficiency. I suppose it shouldn't really bother me. It just seems like such a 'that-guy-teaching-English-in-Japan-for-6-years-who-has-a-blog' thing to do."
