Source: Instructor flagrantly 'violated spirit' of Cool-Biz dress code

TOKYO, Japan (GTA) -- Gaba Corp. executives made a last minute amendment to the summer cool-biz dress code after facing new challenges that threatened to undermine the summer standards established in 2005.

According to a sources, 31-year old instructor Martin Klienfeld began complaining of high humidity last week and proceeded to modify his clothing to acclimate himself.

However, some say he went too far.

Gaba Corp. argued that Klienfeld was merely taking advantage of a loophole in the official dress code policy, which permits instructors to undo "the top two buttons," and claimed that by completely removing the top two buttons from the shirt altogether, Klienfeld had actually lapsed into a "4-button, open-aired" state.

Instructor opinion was divided. While some supported Klienfeld, others worried if he had gone too far in his 'social activism.'

Magdalene Chang explained how Gaba's innovative summer dress policy has important to her.

"One of the great things I love about Gaba is that they give you the flexibility to undo the top two buttons in summer. That's important for someone like me who cares about professionalism, but also wants to retain both stylish and comfort.h
