39-year-old teacher undecided over whether attending the GABA Halloween party is cool or not

Decision expected by Friday

TOKYO, Japan (GTA) - Thirty-nine-year-old Jason Simmons is still undecided over whether it would be cool to attend the upcoming Halloween party at Gaba's Ginza learning studio. Despite having attended this year's Valentine party.

Simmons is particularly concerned over how his attendance at the Halloween party would effect his image.

"Oh, for sure. I've seen pictures of last year's party. Seemed really lame to me. Most of the teachers that attended are the type that like to hang out with Craig (IQM). I hate that guy," he explained. "They've got their little clique and that's fine. Lawrence, Craig, and Matt can eat lunch together everyday for all I care."

"IQM manager is like the lowest thing you can aspire to. I've got to make sure I never turn out to be like one of them. I have got bigger aspirations than that. I've been at Gaba for only two years but I'll never take a manager's position. I've got better things ahead in my life."

However, Jason later added that the party would be a "good opportunity" to "hook up" with some of the ladies.

"I know without a doubt that two girls will be all over me if I go. The only problem is whether I want to put up gaba Parties often create a dilemma for many teachers aGabawith all the chit chat. I mean, life is not all

work."

"I guess, sometimes you got to just live it up."

Jason credits his age for his natural tendencies to go against authority.

"I'm not the type to walk the corporate line. Craig better watch out because I'm cutting down on my availability starting next month. I've clashed heads with him before about having coffee in my booth. You know he never says anything to Shane and Evan. If he wants to start something with me, I tell you that I'm not the type who is just going to bend over and take it."
