Sometime in early 1999, a band that played a handful of shows called "One More Than Two" decided to change their name. It was last minute before a show, that was being held at The House in Natrona Heights, PA ... the flyer read Lacking Restraint. For the next 2 years or so after the show at The House, we had become one of the few bands in the area consistently playing shows. It came to the point where I had to move to Florida for school, but we wanted to put out a disc before leaving. We went into the studio for three days and came out with our first 8 song CD titled "Those People...". After a long break, Lacking Restraint took the oppurtunity to play as many shows as possible and making many new friends. We have had the chance to play along and make amazing friends with the likes of Featherlight, 7-10 Split, The Last Hope, One-21, Linus, 5 Ways From Sunday, and Mind the Gap. As you can see we are still representin what Pittsburgh and surrounding areas have to offer by collaborating with all types of people in the future to come. Until next time ... PEACE ...
