Crowd Deterrent

Bio
After many years of just going nuts at shows and breaking everything in sight, Crowd Deterrent decided to write songs instead. The first demo they put out will give you a good idea of their original sound (if you can find one) and the second demo will give you an idea of why they don't need to break shit at their shows anymore to keep people watching. They easily got picked up by Back Ta Basics for their full length and played alot of shows with the most solid line up they had. After that, a few members moved onto to different stages in their life and Crowd Deterrent was basically broken up. Samoan Rob ended up doing the Die You Bastard demo by himself practically while Steve went on to do The Struggle. Whenever The Struggle broke up and Rob found out there was already a Die You Bastard from Japan ... everyone decided doing Crowd Deterrent again was the best option. Ever since the re-incarnation, many fill ins have come, screwed songs up, and gone. Their "Revenge On The Scene" EP that was recorded after coming back together is by far their best release to date. Combining influences everywhere from Blood For Blood to older Cleveland Hardcore bands, the release was solid from beginning to end. A re-recorded discography CD is in the works as well as a split with the Japanese hardcore band, Creepout!
