Yes that's right, it's me, Heretic, and I have taken over NCW's 
webpage!  I'm the commish and I can do what i want, when I want, bitch! 
Don't just sit there, put on some good music like Fear Factory or something!

NCW Website is being given a whole new look.  Site should be completed
