For any of you who haven't heard... Inspector Hector is breaking up. Our guitarist and my dear friend Rumsey suffered what is apparently a self-induced bullet wound to the head. He is currently at the NICU in Poudre Valley Hospital in Colorado. He is recovering well and we're all praying for him.
With that said(any questions feel free to e-mail me), it brings me to Inspector Hector's last show(with the 3 other members)on thursday, july 29th at Fat Daddy's in Laramie. Also playing will be the Gamits and Teenage Bottlerocket.
The IH cd is out on OLP records and will be available for free to anyone who wants it as we will be asking for donations to help pay Rums' hospital bill. Also anyone can make donations at any time or get a free copy of the cd by contacting me at dikkid@yahoo.com. The imporrttant thing is for people to get the cd and hear what Rumsey loves to do and who he really is, so that we can remember how great life can be, even through all of the hardships. Two of us from IH (Ian and myself) and the original drummer for IH (Jeff) are starting a new band with a positive message for kids, about the good things in life,friends, family, the inner capacity to be great and our love of rock music. We're calling it the Rad Bradleys and as soon as possible will begin recording a 7 inch for OLP.
