Lesson 4. How To Pass a Test.

Hi. My name is Howard. I'm Mr. Kofahl's best student, so I thought it was my duty to him to show the other, not so smart students in class how to pass a test like I do. In this section, you'll see why I have the highest grade in class and you dont =P. Oh, and I'm also the webmaster of this page, if ya care.

So lets get started. When building this extra credit for the class, Mr Kofahl said that it had to be entertaining. He dosent like to be bored. So I though 'Why just entertain him at the end of the school year? Why not durring the WHOLE semester?!' I came up with this ingenious plan to make Kofahl smile and get a good grade at the same time. Whats my trick? Its simple. Pictures.

Lets take a closer look.

First, we start off with a simple design. It's a Kofahl fav. Smilies with the one sad face in the middle... this represents that you, the student taking the test(in this case, me) is sad at home, indicating you want more points on your test to cheer you up. Kofahl's a sucker for stuff like this.

Here, we have a superhero-type person. It's a well know fact that Mr. Kofahl's childhood dream was to fly. Its only obvious to put one of these suckers in. The brick wall is there to add a little humor to the situation, after the depressing smilie/sad faces. Brick walls are funny.

Now we have some sort of "mix" of images. Theres the falling stick figures, the ninja, the scary monkey, and the less notable man hes chasing. This randomness is what makes question number 2 a classic. Its too large to have a separate picture for every part of the question, so draw bigger ones in the space given! Scary monkeys always make Mr. Kofal smile =). As well as wanting to be a superhero, Mr. Kofahl also had dreams of being a ninja, with swords and stuff. Didn't we all?

Questions 3-6 show smaller pictures in smaller spaces. It isnt proper test ediquit to put big pictures in small places. It isn't physicaly possible, either. Q3 shows a car, while Q4 has two Dragonball Z-like characters fighting(Mr. K is a big anime fan). Q5 shows that words are just as important as pictures, and Q6 rounds out the small questions with a little bit of baby vampireness.

Ok, a big space. Heres your chance. This is where you take control of the situation that is the chapter 6 test. Draw something big. Draw something funny. Make Mr. K smile =D. He loves stuff like this =P. This technique was developed back in the summer of '83.

To prove that you deserve the A that your going to get on this test, answer a question. It dosent matter which one, just as long as its the easiest. Once you get full credit for that question, declare yourself the victor.

One more thing... This is what separates the D's from the A's. You have to actually tell Mr. Kofahl what the pictures ARE. Also, say 'hey' to him, and tell him what you want.

Well, thanks for reading this little tutorial on passing tests. Note that this dosen't only apply to Mr. Kofahl tests; it also may be used in other classes, such as AP Chemistry, or Drawing. Use these techniques wisely, and don't afraid to use your jedi mind tricks!

Happy Drawings!
