Outings

Anime Club is not known for its outings... In fact we have very few outings. Examples of outings are trips to the Dairy Queen near Loyola, and eating at the Japanese restaurant in Eden's Plaza. That's pretty much all we did in the 2003-2004 school year. We were planning on taking a trip to Mitsuwa, the Japanese marketplace in Arlington Heights (or at least I think that's where it is), but we never did. The conventions aren't school-sponsored trips, but they are indeed fun! More info on anime conventions in the Conventions section of the site!
For the 2004-2005 school year, hopefully we'll do more. Hopefully a good anime movie shows in theatres, and I'll get it set up so that we can go to that. Mitsuwa is at the top of my list, folks! We need more outings!!!
