A. DIRECTRESS:

Is the Chief Executive Officer of the institution. She is responsible for the effecient and effective management of the school in line with the tenets of the RVM Education Ministry and the Vision, Mission, Goals and Objectives of the school.

B. COLLEGE DEAN:

Is appointed by the Superior General and her Council, confirmed by the Board of Trustees for a term of three years and maybe renewed for another term. In case of the lay person, he/she is appointed by the President/Directress uopn the approval of the Board of Trustees for a term of three years and maybe renewed for another term.

C. CHRISTIAN LIVING COORDINATOR:

Is the institutionalofficer charged with the responsibility of creating an atmosphere suitable for the building of a Christian community in the campus. She/He is also responsible for developing institutional plans and programs necessary to promote the total Christain development of the students as they go through the process of learning.

D. DEAN OF STUDENT AFFAIRS:

Is responsible for the coordination and development of co-curricular activities that support the instructional program of the college. He/She also responsible for the discipline and behaviour of the students and the implementation of the rules and regulations as defined in the Student Handbook.

E. PROGRAM COORDINATOR:

Is appointed by the School President/Directress and reports to the Dean of College. He/She supervises the faculty and students under his /her program. He/She is the officer who is in-charge of the planning , organizing coordinating, directing and evaluating the programs and activities of the department.

F. GUIDANCE COUNSELOR:

Is the officer charged providing counseling services necessary for the development of the total personality of the students. He/She supervises the guidance and testing services designned for bringing about a better self-understanding and self-actualization in the students through scientific procedures and tools. As a whole, he/she takes care of the Students Personnel Services which are organized to assist the individual attain maximum self-realizition, grow towards mature Christian personhood and become effective in his/her social environment.

G. LIBRARIAN:

Is charged with the responsibility of developing and progressively improving the provision and utilization of materials necessary to support and supplement the teaching learning program of Christ the King College for all levels. He/She also tasked to effectively supervise the technical services operation and in the implementation of different library policies and functions.

H. REGISTRAR:

Is vested with the responsibility over the systematic management of documents and safekeeping of records as well as communications pertinent to the office.
