About Us Frequently Asked Questions  Contact Us

It is important to know that we do not handle cases where a person may wants to sue someone else's attorney. If you have been sued, generally you may not sue your adversary's attorney. You may only sue, in general, an attorney who is responsible to you, that is one you have employed or one who has written a will where you are a named beneficiary. Please do not continue if you are interested in suing someone else's attorney.

We will need some information before we can proceed. Please fill in the address and contact information.  You must also include the full name and address of your attorney. Please include the amount of money this has cost you. Then describe, as completely as you can, the mistake or error which your attorney committed.
