Installation Assistant

2) CONTINUE. After connecting the router, configure your Internet settings. Click the SETTINGS button to connect to the router and log in using the user name of admin and the default password of password. The Setup Wizard will detect the type of Internet connection you have and guide you through the configuration.

The Installation Guide provides step-by-step instructions for setting up your router. This is a PDF version of the printed Installation Guide that comes in the box. Click the appropriate flag for the language version of the Installation Guide you wish to use. If you lose the printed version, you can always refer to this one.

Refer to this manual for more detailed information about using the router or troubleshooting any problems that may occur. Also, this manual is published on the Netgear website where you will find the latest updates to the product documentation as well.

You'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the PDF documents, such as the Reference Guide and Installation Guide, on this disc. If you don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 for Windows, you can install it from this CD into the directory of your choice.
