Today is August 11, 2003.  We (my boyfriend and I) went to Central Park today here in New York City and managed to take some wonderful photos of the awesome wildlife of the park.  Please do not steal these images I worked hard to take them.  Please enjoy the photos.  Email me with your comments!

This is an event that took place on July 17, 2003.  Mars and Moon Conjuncation.  It is an event which happens only every 60,000 years in which the planet Mars is extremely close to earth.  So close Mars is visible in the sky!  Here are some pictures I took at 4:00am with my video camera.  It was sooo beautiful!  The spec or red dot is the planet Mars next to the moon!  If you had a telescope you'd be able to see the polar ice caps of Mars.  I will be taking pictures again on August 27th when Mars will be at it's closest!
