Characters must be teenagers, unless you ask permission to play a teacher. Fighters must use the Grade system when they make their characters. Normal teenage characters don't. It's assumed that their fighting skills are far from a match for the fighters.
All new characters start at fight rank F. Gang Leaders begin at D+. I'm limiting the number of gangs, so don't be upset about players with higher ranked characters. The difference isn't terribly much, and can be compensated for through RP.
Most fighters join a gang. Safety in numbers and all that. Solo fighters face greater challenges, but avoid having to follow a Gang Leader's rules.
At this time, no one has super powers! Perhaps later, but for now, they're all completely human.
Everyone is a member of a school, even thugs don't usually quit school in Japan. Those who make drop-outs are going to find troubles with RPs, but if you really want to, go ahead.

This RP is hosted on Silvercrossings, under the Private Realm name; Tokyo Turf War. The picture size limit is 350x350, and the memory limit it 50kb. Characters must fit the guidelines for the RP, don't complain or try and convince me otherwise. I didn't limit you much after all. No need to get characters approved unless they are.. The first storyline will be announced once I'm comfortable with the number of reliable players.
