Now I feel selfish for having started a personal site. ;) It was originally intended to organize all of the anime sites I had into one handy archive. Then I finally caught on that personal sites could hold other things. I decided to use the site to reflect me, and how I evolved personally though the 'net by meeting others with similar tastes. Thus, Access Aelice.. everything on that site is brutally honest, from the thoughts in my blog to my weird taste in art and design.
Yep, I'm Aelice.
I design all the layouts on my site. >_>; I can be such a control freak..
I wish! If any single, attractive males 18-25 are willing to 'assist' me with my site, please contact me at- *dragged away*
Actually, everyone that visits and sends me input on my works. ^_^ I also seek assistance from programmer friends like Phoenix (http://www.phoenixinquis.net) There are so many people I adore for their help that I can't name them all!
lol! Whenever that Pokemon craze began. I thought Pikachu was the cutest thing in existence. I completely blocked out that memory until now. =) Pokemon sites lead to Anipike.com, which introduced the gorgeous world of anime to me.
2 months. I had the HTML knowledge, but it was truly anime that had started airing on TV that inspired me to learn more about it through the internet.
The pics in the layout are from the respected anime/games, but my artwork is entirely my own.
Now that I've gone and counted.. about 3 years!
About a week, but it took 2 months to add the main sections and tweak it into something that I was moderately satisfied with.
World's CRUELEST question, because there are so many series that I like for their own particular reasons. My favorite series would have to be X TV. I loved the X manga, and I'm just biased because it's great to enjoy Subaru and Seishirou though a few episodes instead of witnessing them getting slaughtered in the first 10 minutes of the X movie. Close seconds are Yami no Matsuei and Shadow Skill.
Subaru Sumeragi is one of the most complex and beautiful characters I've seen in a series. I'm such a fangirl when I see merchandise with him. Find someone else willing to shell out $100+ in hopes of getting his holographic card in the X TV Cardass packs. (Still unsuccessful! >_< Bah.)
If I honestly could summon demons and cast spells, I would so disobey the Sumeragis and abuse my skills for fun. ^^;; Subaru would be ashamed.
At least 2-17 hours every day, depending on how well I organize my time. I just can't sit still, so I often find myself sketching new character art, new future tutorials, etc.
I would, but I wouldn't be able to decide on a character design! ;_; People seem to remember who I am through my mage series, though.
I post at message boards with good anime or art communities. (Animenation, Go-Gaia, Elfwood, Deviant, etc) I read up on my friend's blogs/journals. I play MMORPGs. Too often I look around Amazon and Ebay and cry because I'm too poor to get the sexy stuff I want.
My blog, artwork, and tutorials seem to be what most visitors come for, but I'm always adding more content to the different sections. The real 'source' would probably be considered the information that inspires me; magazines, anime, books, other artists. ^_^ I absorb a little knowledge from everything.
Hee, I get this question again? It's probably an accident, but I am going to abuse the privilege and say Ruby Moon/Nakuru of CCS. Not only does he get to turn into one of the most BEAUTIFUL guardians I've ever seen, Nakuru inspired a recent glomping fetish.
Because I'm doing what I love, I don't consider it 'work'. At the same time, I realize that it's the best way to portray myself and my projects to potential clients. If it were a 'real' job, I'd so be slacking off on it, so it's definitely not a job in my mind.
I love warm colors, and orange is definitely my favorite.
