This layout features Nina from Ultra Maniac. The nailpolish she is wearing is so cool, I want that pattern. XD *ahem* I am getting off topic here.

The design uses neutral colours in a happy and fun way. The shapes that are used were created with those premade vectors that come with PSP. So cute! The top bar will extend to fill the screen towards the right no matter how large their screen is.
