Seijuro Hiko the XIII is the man who is responsible for not only teaching Kenshin everything he knows about swordsman ship, but also for saving his life and giving Himura the name Kenshin. He has a very good build and lots of muscles but dispite that his speed and skill is just as fast as kenshin if not faster. His Philosiphys are quite simple really - Protect the weak, and bury his victums. One of his trade marks is his cloak which has been passed down for ages from master to apprentice with the mitsirugi style. He lives deep in the woods in Kyoto and keeps to himself.
