This is my (currently small) collection of Animated Gifs.

If you use Firefox as your browser, you can download these GIF images with no problems. Right click the image and select "save image as". Otherwise download the zip file which also contains them.

These shows can be view on Cartoon Network. Here is a zipped file of the above avatars and the updated ones.

Sonic X can be viewed on Fox during its Fox Box lineup.

As for Ranma 1/2. Well there are those fan subs and the dubs created by Viz.

I used Jasc Software's Paint Shop Pro 8 to modify the images and Animation Shop 3 to create these gifs.

The max sizes of 75 x 75 are due to the fact that http://forums.toonzone.net forums only accept avatars that are that size and file size about 10k or smaller.
