After Goku destroyed the Red Ribbon Army, all Dr. Gero wanted was to get his revenge. he worked in his laboratory for years trying to create the best weapon to defeat Goku. He gathered Cells from all the Z fighters including Goku, Vegeta, Tenshinhan, Krillin, Piccolo, and yamucha. He also gathered Cells from Freazer and his father King Cold. Combining these Cells together he was able to create the best being alive, Cell. Cell wasnt strong enough to defeat Goku or the Z fighters, so he stole Mirai Trunks' time machine and went back in time to absorb Androud #17 and #18, this would make him "Perfect Cell." Cell is leathal, and extremely strong. Up until that point there was no one as powerful. Not even Goku has enough power to defeat him. In the Cell Saga, Cell hosts his own tournament called The Cell Games. In the Cell games, Cell is evenly matched with Goku. beaten up pretty bad Goku tells Cell that he has someone that can beat him. He tells Gohan to give it a try. Gohan gets tossed around and everyone thinks the worse. Because of Gohan's unique ability to raise his power when enraged he is able to reach Super Saiyan level 2. Gohan easily knocks Cell around and as the fight moves along Gohan eventually kills Cell with an amazing KameHameHa dual. Cell is also seen again in an episode of Dragonball Gt when Goku goes to hell. |
Clothes: Cell is a beatle-like being so he has an armored exoskeleton like body casing.
