In case you can't quite read it, Kat's saying, "Castro's summoned up the shades of deceased dictators! Mao Tse-Tung, Mussolini, and Stalin!" I used the word "shades", since, at the time, I had just finished reading Dante's Inferno, and had plenty of exposure to damned souls. ^_^ And as for Castro's comment, in the world of American comics, you don't "kill" somebody, you "destroy" them. It's more.. dramatic, you might say. While my style is anime-ish, I only began drawing in the Japanese style of animation in the last 3 years or so, and thus, I'm a big American comic junkie. Just a little reference to that. Feel da curse of China! Feel the ire of Italy! Feel ze wrath of Russia!
