This layout features a character from Magna Carta, I believe. The image was found at MangAnime and brushes from Adams.Web.Bitz. It is a tables layout created by Rei. Best viewed in Internet Explorer 6 and 800x600 resolution.

Use an extracting utility such as WinZip. Unzip all files and upload them onto your site. Open index.html and edit this text with your own and edit the navigation links.
