yay! starting today, you can turn your cute little neopets into snot covered something-or-others? yuck! you can also buy snot covered food, toys, battledome items, and learn to draw Meuka. and of course! you HAVE to have a snotty avatar! those neopets sure don't look too happy about this! that's just gross!
