Beginning theme: Pure Again

(At Magician's Island)

Leknaat: Is it that time to revive his memories? I don't know if it's right or not, but... he has a piece of the Soul Eater inside of him. I can't bring him back.

Luc: Why? Why can't you revive Ted? He helped them all in the past. He helped them defeat Kuja, remember?

I do, Luc, it's just that.... Tatakya and Mojuro want that Soul Eater to bring an unknown evil to this world. Possibly Queen Metallia or Wiseman or Mistress 9... I don't know. One of those great evils are going to come and pollute our worlds.

I guess I'll help out to make sure that those bastards never touch either Drake or Ted. Those two are the keys to saving the worlds again.

I'll awaken Ted..... NOW!

(Ted wakes up. He sees himself in darkness. All his memories start to come back to him, one-by-one. He lets out a scream and awakens in a hospital.)

Nurse: Doctor Chocolate, your patient recovered.

Mark Henry: Oh shit, and I was about ready to do the operation I gave Alex.

Ted: (whispering) Alex?

It's okay, buddy, you're free to go. I thought we lost you there. Stupid heart beat detector! Damn you to hell! (He smashes the heart detector and he gets electrocuted) YEOW!

(Ted walks out of the hospital in his original attire from Suikoden. At Dark Hill, Tatakya looks upon Ted with rage in his eyes.)

Tatakya: You originally had the Soul Eater. Maybe you have a shard or two of it in your systems, Ted. Viral Shard, go out and seek your target.

(A shard of the Virus Crystal comes out and goes out of the Dark Tower through a portal. The shard lands on a cellular phone. It flashes red.)

Where am I? Do I know this Alex character? God, what the hell am I to do? I can't remember anything. Not even my childhood.

(The cellular phone with the wirusu in it continues to flash red.)

???: I've got you now!

What the? Who's there?

(The phone turns into another female humanoid-like creature. Her skin is an aqua green color, her eyes are red, her hair is gray, and she has a black leather jumpsuit. On her back is a cell phone.)

Wirusu: Ring, ring, it's for you, Soul Eater boy!

I don't have Soul Eater. (pulls out his gloves and flashes his hands) See! I have no Soul Eater on me. I gave it to my friend, Tir.

Wirusu: I can sense and scan that you have the Soul Eater. You may not have it, physically, but you have a piece of it inside of you. Deadly Pro.....

(Ted pulls out his crossbow and shoots the virus. She catches the arrow and breaks it in half. Her eyes flash red, as does the cell phone. She pulls the phone off her back and holds it out. A beam of light shoots out at Ted. The beam explodes near Ted's feet, sending him backwards.)

Wirusu: It's time for you to surrender that Cursed Rune to me. You have no choice, Ted. My masters are expecting that Soul Eater to come to them!

Then you're out of luck, Death Buster, cause I have no Soul Eater on me, for the last time.

Wirusu: Death Buster? Do I look like one of those ugly Sailor Moon monsters to you? Listen here, buddy, I'm a virus in a cell phone. I am one of the worse ones yet. I am the virus, Keitaidenwa, but you can call me Denwa, for short. No autographs, please.

Like anyone would want an autograph from an ugly retch like you.

Denwa: You stupid, ignorant fool. You're making it very hard on me, than you. Deadly Program!

(Denwa uses the Deadly Program on Ted. The electricity surges through his body, painfully. He screams in pain, then the wires are cut.)

Denwa: Who the hell did that?

(Two shadows appear behind Ted.)

Man shadow: Better leave this poor guy alone.

Woman shadow: Better back off, mate, or I'll kick your arse so hard, you'll kiss the moons.

Those voices....

(The shadows turn into Serge and Kid from Chrono Cross. Kid holds out her dagger near Denwa's throat. Serge helps Ted up to his feet.)

Denwa: Back off, only doing what I'm told!

Kid: Sure you are, you crack whore, you better leave this boy alone, or I'll slit yer throat.

Denwa: You better get the hell off of me, or I'll make sure that you..... Wait a minute. You have it! Deadly Program!

(Denwa does the Deadly Program on Kid. She looks at Serge and Ted, then does the program on them. They all scream in pain as Serge and Kid's life forces fly out of them. Nothing comes out of Ted.)

Denwa: Drat, the blue haired one and the bitch don't have it! (The life forces go back to Serge and Kid.) Then you do have it!

(A piece of the Soul Eater comes out Ted's body. It goes to Denwa. She grins, then laughs notoriously at the sight.)

Denwa: I have it! I have the Soul Eater! My master will reward me! (laughs) You know, Serge, Kid, you don't have to fight us anymore. Join us.

Serge: Are you that stupid? (pulls out the Mastermune) Flying Arrow!

(Serge does the Flying Arrow on Denwa. She screams in pain.)

Hot Shot!

(Kid does the Hot Shot on Denwa. Denwa screams again, then explodes into dust. The Soul Eater shard goes back to Ted. He wakes up.)

You okay, kid?

I..... I remember now.

Remember what? Serge, I think.... I think he hit his head on the ground a little too hard.

Kuja..... Dark Hill...... I remember everything now. We were killed in that battle against the Doom and Gloom Girls. Drake, he destroyed Kuja. Leknaat reseted time so that we wouldn't remember diddly squat.

Serge, I really do think that little Ted here hit his head on the ground a little, little too hard.

Let's take him to Radius, Kid. I think he'll have some answers for all of this. He always was the brains of this factor.

(Serge uses the Astral Amulet. Serge, Kid, and Ted disappear. As they do, the pieces of Denwa go back together and form her again.)

Denwa: Dammit, they got away. (talk through cell phone) Tatakya, Mojuro, I have located the Soul Eater possessor. I'm going in.

(They appear in Hermit's Hideaway. Radius looks at Ted.)

Radius: I don't see any problems with him. Why he was brought here to see me, I'll never know. May I see your hands?

Sure. (removes his gloves) Why?

(looks at right hand) I knew it. You have the Soul Eater.

("People Seized With Life" plays.)

(looks at his hand) What? How the....? Where did this come from?

The Soul Eater of your heart has chosen you. There are others, you know. This Drake fellow has the Soul Eater of the computer world.

Ted, listen. We go through different dimensions all the time. We were hired by Leknaat to protect the possessors of the Soul Eaters of different dimensions.

Right now, Leena and Karsh are watching over a girl with the Soul Eater. We know about Tatakya and Mojuro. We've been trying to erase them for quite some time now. I knew we should've asked Lucca for help.

Lucca Ashtear.... She's intelligent, she can make an anti-virus to delete them.

I'm afraid that's not possible. Tatakya saw that coming, so he captured Lucca. Lucca is forced to create more and more virus monsters for them.

Chikushoume, I thought we would have them. Sh.....

???: I found you again.

(Denwa appears)

Denwa: I should've known I'd find you here. Knowing you and the Chrono Trigger, I'd knew you would come swarming to Radius. Now we shall finish this, once and for all.

???: Moon Spiral Heart Attack!

(Denwa is hit by the Moon Spiral Heart Attack. She turns around to see Sailor Moon, the Outer Senshi, Drake, Tuxedo Mask, and the Cardcaptors.)

You made it! Finally!

Denwa: I don't know how you got here, but I will finish you off, one by one if I have to.

You will no such thing, Denwa! Now we will destroy you before you do any other harm!

Count us in!

No way am I gonna let you mates battle this thing without me.

Drake: Then let's kick her ass!

(The Outer Senshi battle theme plays. Denwa shoots laser out of her phone, trying to hit them all. She hits Sailor Saturn in the knee. She cries out in pain, then hold on to her knee. It is instantly healed up.)

Sailor Saturn: Silence Glaive Surpirse!

(Sailor Saturn uses the attack on Denwa, sending her flying against a tree.)

Dash & Slash!

(Serge does the Dash & Slash attack on Denwa, taking over 1000 HP out of her. She holds her gut in pain.)

Denwa: You little bastards, I had enough. (she flashes white) VIRAL DESTRUCTION!

(Lightning shoots out of Denwa. An earthquake starts up. The sky turns black as lightning storms start up everywhere. At Magician's Island.)

No! The virus monster is going to destroy the Chrono Cross dimension! (looks to her Gate rune.) Gate Rune, protect them. Put a barrier around Denwa, so that when she explodes, nothing will happen. I beg of thee.

(At Hermit's Hideaway)

Denwa: 10 seconds till self-destruct!

(as Denwa counts down to 8) Nice knowing you guys.

(as Denwa counts down to 4) We have to escape. Even though we're sacrificing everyone, we must leave.

(as Denwa counts down to 2) DUCK!

(Everyone jumps out of the way of Denwa as she reaches 0. She starts to get electrocuted, then she explodes into a huge ball of light. The barrier deflects the explosion, making sure that the Chrono Cross dimension is still intact.)

You can open your eyes now. We're alive.

Huh? But how?

Good ol' Leknaat. She was always protecting us from the start, remember, Drake?

Yeah. That was close, though. I thought we were going to die. Who's up to getting some lunch? I haven't eaten anything since the viral invasion.

All: Okay.

(Everyone goes through the dimensional warp)
